Terms of Service

By booking an appointment with Mobstarr Fadezzz ("we," "us," or "the Barber"), you ("the Client") agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling.

1. Booking & Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

• This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

• Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been successfully processed.

2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

• Late Cancellations: If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, your deposit will be forfeited.

• No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without notice, you will forfeit your deposit and may be required to prepay in full for future bookings.

3. Late Arrivals

• We allow a 15-minute grace period.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled to avoid delaying the next client, and your deposit will be forfeited.

4. Mobile Service ("Pull Ups") Requirements

For all mobile/on-site grooming services, the Client agrees to:

• Provide a safe, clean, and well-lit environment for the service.

• Ensure legal parking is available within a reasonable distance of the location.

• Provide access to a standard electrical outlet if requested.

• If the Barber arrives and cannot perform the service due to an unsafe environment or lack of access, the appointment will be canceled and the full service fee may apply.

5. Liability & Safety

• The Barber reserves the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting symptoms of contagious skin conditions or illness.

• The Client agrees to disclose any known allergies to hair products, dyes, or chemicals prior to the start of the service.

• Mobstarr Fadezzz is not responsible for any reactions to products or minor nicks/cuts that occur during the standard grooming process.

6. Payments

• The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the service.

• We accept payments via the methods listed on our booking site or as agreed upon at the time of service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued booking of appointments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms
